Tandoori Dishes

The Tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven fired by charcoal. The high temperature of the oven (which can reach 480C) is used to roast or bake various marinated meats, seafood, vegetables and breads. Tandoori dishes are low in calories, nutritious, delicious and easily digested. All tandoori dishes are accompanied by a fresh green salad & mint yoghurt sauce.

Tandoori Massala Dishes

Tandoori Massala dishes are first marinated in yoghurt and a combination of mild spices before being roasted in the tandoor oven. This is then served in a mildly spiced, sweet sauce with coconut and cream.

Balti Dishes

Balti dishes are a house speciality, cooked with medium hot spices, tomato, fresh herbs, ginger & garlic which give it a wonderful exotic taste. All Balti dishes are accompanied by either a Pulao Rice or a plain Naan bread.

Biryani Dishes

Stir-fried in mild spices with basmati rice, fried onions and coriander. All Biryani dishes are accompanied by a Vegetable Curry.
